Colaborand is operated by Colaboro Development SRL. This Privacy Policy applies to the Colaborand website, related business services, and integrations made available through Meta platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram when those integrations are enabled.

If you use Colaborand through an organization or business customer, that organization may also control or instruct part of the processing of your data. In those cases, you should also review that organization’s privacy notice.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with Colaborand and which integrations are enabled. We may collect:

4. Meta platform data

When Colaborand is connected to Meta products or APIs, we process only the data reasonably necessary to provide the requested integration, automation, or support workflow.

Meta platforms may independently collect and process information under their own terms and privacy policies. This Privacy Policy covers Colaborand’s handling of data, not Meta’s separate practices.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet contractual commitments, and comply with legal obligations.
